Microsoft builds interactive dashboards in Power BI allowing account teams to track, view and understand customer satisfaction across. With an assortment of views across verticals and areas we set out to help their internal team sort complex data into an intuitive and accessible design, Through a UX process we developed concepts, tested and measured results to fine tune our final solution. The end result? An incredibly useful internal resource that delivers the most important content in snapshot views allowing MSFT’s teams to get a quick glance view of their performance. Click through views allow users to dive deeper and get the nuanced details that each team needs to understand feedback and perform at their best.
